You Better Watch Out...

This is typical at our house...sadly.

Dance

McCall loves to dance...or maybe she just loves the leotard.

Ice Skating

I am from Canada. I am sad to say I have never taken any of my kids skating. Austin was thrilled to go with his cub scout group. I think he had a hard time staying up but he had a lot of fun.

Band Concert

Austin had his 1st band concert the week before Christmas. He just started playing (word used lightly) trumpet this year. I really admire the band/music teacher...we'll leave it at that. Austin is pictured in the back row farthest right.

Hawaii Pictures...

Here are some of the pictures from our trip. Sorry there are so many!On the beach...not sure why this picture is so small.

The view from our hotel window in Ko'Olina.

The kids...

Ainsley and her cousin Brielle in matching dresses.

At the Luau
Austin got to swim with a dolphin.

Ainsley in her bikini...McCall was jealous!

Hawaii

This past Thanksgiving we were able to go on a trip to Hawaii with Jeremy's family. We had lots of fun! Here are many pictures (not in any order) of some of the fun things we did.

McCall after climbing Diamondhead in O'ahu.

Parker on the beach...

Pierced...

Yesterday I took my 2 little girls to the mall. Hayden has been bugging me for earrings like McCall. We walked past Libby Lou and decided it was time! When they said they could only do one at a time I was nervous that we'd just come out with one earring. Luckily, she is tough and never made a peep. She didn't even flinch when they did it. After they did the first one they asked her if it hurt and she said no. I think it hurt me more then her.
This is BEFORE:This is AFTER!

Indian Princess

McCall had her Thanksgiving program and feast at school today. They did songs and poems. My favorite part was at the end when they sang "GOD BLESS AMERICA"...I just wonder how much longer this will be sung in our schools.

They ate turkey sandwiches, popcorn and pumpkin pie...McCall loves pumpkin pie!

McCall got to wear Indian attire to the program.

The FLiP

I finally captured it on tape. Now if only she could get her arm out! Notice Hayden rocking out to HSM 2 in the background.

Concert

Last week Kambria gave Jeremy and I tickets to the Carrie Underwood concert. It was great! We were super close. The best news is that Jeremy only dozed off once! Thanks to Kambria for the awesome tickets and to Jimmy and Hannah for tending our little chickens. Here are some pictures.

ORDER

It always makes me laugh when the kids just unknowingly sit in their birth order. It seems to happen quite often. It makes us laugh...especially since the ones they are next to they have the hardest time getting along with. This picture was taken at breakfast one day.

She's big!

Ainsley is finally big enough for the saucer! She has LONG legs!

She is growing up way too fast. YES she is a drooler.

What to do...

Lately when I ask Hayden to do something that she doesn't want to do she gets a mean look on her face, looks me square in the eye and very loudly proclaims "I'm not going to be your friend anymore!" Then...if she is really mad...she will add "And you can't have any of my THINGSSSS!!" It should hurt my feelings, I should make her sit in time out or something to discipline her but it is just so funny it is hard not to laugh! I try to look serious and stern but inside I am cracking up.

Halloween 2008

I think Halloween is the most anticipated event of the year for my kids. They could not wait to go trick or treating. Trying to take pictures before was difficult. Can you tell who was not happy?

Hayden was Dorothy this year.

Austin was a zombie.

Parker was a Kung Fu Ninja.

McCall was Daphne.

Ainsley was also Dorothy. This is the last picture before they left. They came home with so much candy. I can't wait to take down the Halloween decorations...on to Christmas!

I am a Child of God

We went over to Grandma and Grandpa's house for dinner and the girls wanted to sing. McCall is pretty bossy. Notice Kambria's great piano playing and Jeremy's amazing voice in the background. This is another one that will be boring for most.

Trunk or Treat and a Birthday!

Our ward trunk or treat and Parker's soccer party fell on Jeremy's birthday this year. By the end of day the kids were all sugared out! Here are some pics of the days events. Austin is a zombie, Hayden is Dorothy, Parker is a Power Ranger, McCall is Daphne(Scooby Doo)
Happy 34th Birthday Jeremy!

Parker's Soccer Party...he won the "attacks the ball" award.

Ainsley LIVE!

Ainsley has started to consistantly roll over. She can't be left on the floor without her flipping to her tummy. I decided I wanted to document it. The time I tried...she was done, mad and would not cooperate! I'm still going to post this little bit of her crying because she is growing so fast. I know her cry is going to change. She is 4 months today! This is kind of long and boring if you are not a grandparent. Oh and ignore my annoying voice.

McCall is 5!

McCall's 5th birthday was on October 17th. She was so excited to take rice krispie treats to her class. Her cousins Aliza, Avery and Clara all came to celebrate with her. Also Aunt Wendy and Grandma Dauna and Grandpa Bruce came and had pizza and cake. We are so happy McCall is in our family!

Blowing out the candles!

Cally and her mom!

Dance

McCall loves to dance. She started ballet last year at Studio 8 and had a great experience. This year she is taking StoryBook dance with some of her friends from school. Every Tuesday she is up early, dressed and ready to go. I often find her dancing by herself throughout the house. When "So You Think You Can Dance" was on she would try to mimic the moves. It cracked me up...she was so serious about it! These pictures are before her dance class while she is waiting for her friend Kylie to pick her up. Notice the train table in the background that we just sold to make room for the dolls. Also Hayden is pre-hairdo.

FUN RUN

Wednesday was the school Fun Run. It was a fun day. These are some of the pictures I took throughout the day. For some reason my camera didn't work and none of the pictures of Austin turned out. He ran 33 laps! The theme for McCall's class was CRAZY HAIR! So she had 4 pink and purple pony tails.
This is Parker and McCall on the way to school.
Ainsley was so excited to cheer the kids on. (She's more excited then she looks!)

Hayden wanted to run so bad!
Parker grabbed Hayden's hand and they ran for a lap together...Hayden was thrilled!
Parker ran 31 laps!
McCall ran 14 laps!
